Pilot Pro + RFD (NDAA) Integration for Alta X

Existing Alta X customers that have an Alta X now have an upgrade path* to integrate the NDAA Pilot Pro that uses RFD 900.
This upgrade is not possible in the field as it requires substantial disassembly of the Alta X chassis. You'll need to ship your Alta X to us for service.
This integration service includes:
- Freefly Pilot Pro controller and RFD900 Hardware (controller and airside)
- Installation and configuration of the Pilot Pro and RFD900 radio
- Our 1000 flight hr checkup service (details here)**
- Shipping back to you after service (CONUS).

*This upgrade service is only available through Freefly directly and will not be offered through dealer or resellers.
**The Alta X must be in 100% flight worthy condition for this upgrade. This is not a repair service.

*RFD equipped Pilot Pro is not compatible with the Freefly RTK Ground Station. Use of other 900MHz radios is not recommended (FRX Pro) due to potential radio conflicts during flight.
**If you don't already have Standard Remote ID for BVLOS that Freefly has installed that cannot be disabled in the field, but would like it installed during this service, please let us know. There will be no labor charge to update your firmware so that Remote ID cannot be disabled for hardware you already have, but there will be a parts cost to add the hardware if needed.

Existing Alta X aircraft in 100% flight worthy condition, including Alta X currently equipped with:
- Traditional RC radio controllers (Futaba, FR Sky, etc)
- UXV radio controllers
- Blue or standard firmware
- Standard Remote ID, Broadcast Remote ID, or no Remote ID*
- If you have an Alta X equipped with Pilot Pro already, but want to switch from Herelink to RFD 900 for NDAA compliance, please reach out to Support for pricing and availability.
Not compatible with
- RFD equipped Pilot Pro is not compatible with the Freefly RTK Ground Station.
