XT90 Female AS150U Male Adapter

Specs

• Length - 6cm / 2.36"
• Gauge - 8AWG
• Connector A - AS150U Female (compatible with Alta X Gen2 power connector)
• Connector B - XT90 Male (compatible with Alta X Gen1 battery connectors)

Before you fly

• Alta X Gen2 ships in Smart Battery mode and must be switched to non-smart battery mode before flying with Gen1 batteries. Follow the steps in Switching Battery Modes.
  • In non-smart mode, the aircraft no longer communicates with the battery management system. You lose BMS fault monitoring, the more accurate flight time estimate, dual battery display in AMC, and the check that prevents arming with only one battery. Watch battery voltage closely and plan flights conservatively.
• Always fly with two matched Gen1 batteries of the same type, at a similar state of charge.
• For setup, configuration, or maintenance on the ground, power the aircraft with one battery and the included fused cable.
• Charge Gen1 batteries directly on their normal charger. Do not charge through this adapter.

Important: for use outside the intended application

• This adapter is not intended for any of the following:
  • Charging
  • Batteries other than Alta X Gen1 flight batteries
  • Aircraft or equipment other than Alta X Gen2
  • Any other power application
• The XT90 connector is rated for less current than the AS150U connector it adapts to. Using this adapter in a system that draws more current than it XT90 rated for can cause the connector or cable to overheat, melt, or catch fire.
• Do not modify the adapter.
• Any use outside the intended application described above is at the user’s own risk.

• Qty 2 - AS150U Female to XT90 Male Adapters

• Alta X Gen2 (standard or NDAA/Blue) + Alta X Gen1 batteries with XT90 connectors

Not compatible

• AS150U chargers like the Tattu TA3200 Dual-Channel Smart Charger
• Batteries other than Alta X Gen1 XT90 flight batteries
• Aircraft or equipment other than Alta X Gen2
• Any other power application
